I got some new work shoes at this store Opening Ceremonies off La Cienega. I wore them to work today, they are super comfortable. These were on sale as well, which is a good thing. Also at Opening Ceremonies they sell indy brands as well as famous brands. I actually heard of this store through my vast search to find a cool pair of nikes. This is the only stores in LA that carries Nike Sportswear products.

driftwood

So, lately I have been really into rings. A couple of months ago, I went with Cher to American Rag in LA on La Brea to do some shopping. At that time we saw a cool ring, it was made completely of driftwood.
The owners of driftwood are Japanese and located in NYC. No longer available, click on the driftwood link to see pics of the rings. I dont believe we got anything that day, but after some time, since Cher didn't buy the ring, I decided to go back and see if it was still available. I went there the oher day with Mike and Anne, there were only 2 rings left the one I have above and the green one.
